Hazriq Idrus is an author and speaker on Business Creativity and Communications. Hazriq’s mission is to empower professionals in achieving creativity, communications and team excellence through his signature theatre-based training programmes.

Tapping on his over 10 years of operational leadership, events management, corporate training, stage & TV acting experiences, Hazriq founded the theatre-based corporate training firm - The Speaking Factory Pte Ltd - to realise his mission. He believes that theatre-based training accelerates learning and also serves well as a tool for anyone who desires to add value to their well-being.

Besides speaking and training, Hazriq is also a dynamic master of ceremonies, facilitator, stage & television actor. Currently, Hazriq also lectures on Creativity as an Associate Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. This book is his third under his belt after “The Stage Fright Antidote!” and “Crowdsauce”.
However, all of the above is nothing close when compared to the single production that he is most proud of – hid only son, Rizzqi.
