Hailed a “Networking Guru” by a Straits Times reporter in 2003, Mervin has shown over ten thousand business owners and marketing professionals in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines a systematic and effective approach to purposeful networking and strategic referral marketing. A Certified Behavioural and Career Consultant, he has been interviewed on 938Live including The Living Room, Positive Business Minutes and A Slice of Life.

As an Introvert Leader, he runs the Introverts Network Singapore, a networking community for introverts in the marketplace which he started in May 2013. He plans to start similar networking platforms in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and other major cities in South-East Asia.
